A friend told me to contact Independence after purchasing a '23 Can-Am Defender from Jonesboro Cycle that quit running after about 2 hours. The Purchase was for our family, mostly for our 13 year old daughter for Christmas. I chose Jonesboro due to location, but buyer beware, they will not support their product. I called Jonesboro and they said they could not get it in their service dept until Jan 2nd. Which would have been a one month wait on a brand new machine. on the recommendation of a friend, I called Independence on Saturday, and they took it Monday. Cody and his team and they spent numerous hours trying to find out what was wrong with a side by side that they did not sell or build for me. They got it running and I had it home three days later. While their I purchased a trailer from Jacob and Brent. Great group of guys from sales to service. Don't make my mistake. Make the drive to Batesville and trust the team at Independence. They are a great group and will make sure that you are taken care of and feel good about your experience.

Always kept my eye out for a good used unit on Facebook as well as on web. My Fianc and I finally decided to stop in and see what used deals that they had in stock. Needless to say, they put us in a new Can-Am Defender for less than others dealerships were trying to sale is a used unit for! I found this quad on the FB marketplace. I contacted Jeremy about it. He was very friendly and promptly answered all my questions . He informed me he would be off on the Saturday I went to pick it up. He told me to ask for Greg. Greg was super nice and informative as well. He showed me everything I needed to know about the quad and even loaded it on the trailer and tied it down for me. I drove 2 hours 1 way to get rthis and would do it again. Very satisfied.
